As a remote position, you will have the flexibility of working from home while being part of an established team of licensed therapists. You will collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify a client’s mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to create a cohesive treatment plan, monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting their care strategies as necessary.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute psychological emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and effective support.

• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness and promoting the importance of seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals and families from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in documentation and time management to ensure accurate case records and timely follow-up care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
