Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive assessments to comprehend patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to fit the cultural and personal context of each patient.

• Provide therapeutic services that include individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at alleviating mental health concerns and enhancing resilience.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach that ensures comprehensive patient care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, exhibiting strong crisis management skills.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and external community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and current professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and a solid grounding in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy with a commitment to culturally responsive care.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, alongside specialized training in cultural competency or diversity training, are preferred. Experience working directly with marginalized communities will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blaze Health offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
