Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information about clients' mental health histories and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Our focus on inclusivity ensures that we cater to the specific needs of our clients, who may be seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) permitting you to practice independently and provide therapy services without supervision.

• A minimum of two years of active clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to adults, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience and training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Proficient in conducting intake assessments, providing accurate diagnoses, and developing tailored treatment plans to meet client needs.

• Exceptional written communication skills to document sessions and treatment plans accurately and comprehensively.

• An unblemished professional record, free from disciplinary actions or restrictions by any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, therapists joining our team will be eligible for a sign-on bonus as well as a flexible work schedule, enabling you to adapt your hours based on your personal and professional commitments.
