Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and client input.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Develop and deliver psychoeducational resources to empower clients and their families.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, from those experiencing common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress to individuals facing more complex challenges like substance abuse and eating disorders. You will be instrumental in employing culturally responsive techniques to engage and support a varied patient demographic, ensuring inclusivity in therapy practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting, focusing on mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
