Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize established psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to deliver comprehensive treatment for diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in individual and family settings.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate initial treatment and discharge plans, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as dictated by each patient's treatment plan, engaging clients in evidence-based strategies to foster growth and healing.

• Continuously revise treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, coordinating any additional services to meet the evolving needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to both professional standards and facility policies to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, prioritizing the therapeutic needs of each patient while participating in weekly treatment team meetings to discuss progress and collaborative strategies.

• Address patient concerns proactively, ensuring that any unmet needs are acknowledged and resolved promptly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents, who may present with a range of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in implementing treatment plans tailored to each individual and family’s requirements, providing a supportive and understanding approach to therapy that aligns with their personal growth goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a Human Services related field is required.

• Candidates must possess state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider, specifically as either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
