Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a professional, ethical, and compassionate environment.

• Utilize solution-based therapy modalities to address clients' unique mental health concerns, creating individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering insight and growth.

• Help clients understand and articulate their emotions, relationships, and experiences to empower them in their treatment journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress against their treatment plans, while supporting them in developing effective coping strategies and skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold an active, unrestricted license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to relate to diverse populations is essential.
