Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to discern patients' iterative experiences and craft personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, augmented by a strong emphasis on cultural competence.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy utilizing inclusive practices tailored for a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
