Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological states and devise tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, to support client recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges, promoting resilience, and enhancing coping strategies.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop an integrated care plan for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and effective support during urgent mental health situations, ensuring clients feel safe and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse population of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and personality disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n
