Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing mental health assessments to determine client needs, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, or other relevant modalities to address client concerns.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support and stabilizing interventions when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment results.

• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that best meets client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available resources, while advocating for their rights and well-being.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field of mental health through continuous professional development, attending workshops, and engaging in training opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
