Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique mental health needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses based on established guidelines.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to the specific requirements of each client.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their challenges and achieve personal growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services, promptly responding to clients in acute distress and employing de-escalation techniques as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, while utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring that clients receive holistic and integrated care tailored to their specific situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, comprising individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our clients may present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to best meet the needs of each unique client, employing cultural sensitivity and awareness in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
