Work Environment\n

This position is exclusively remote, offering you the chance to work from home while being an essential member of a cohesive and collaborative therapy team. You will work normal business hours, specifically Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will engage in real-time interactions with clients, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for both the therapist and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, determining their severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique needs, preferences, and objectives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to support each client’s journey to recovery.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment avenues, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to coordinate integrated care that addresses both psychological and pharmacological needs.

• Stay informed on the latest evidence-based practices and research in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n
