Health Flow Psychological Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide comprehensive mental health services through a remote telehealth platform. As an integral member of our outpatient psychiatric facility, you will deliver compassionate and effective care to patients facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting, harnessing the advantages of telehealth technology to provide accessible mental health services. Our flexible and collaborative work culture prioritizes communication, team collaboration, and individual well-being. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and establish tailored treatment plans, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating supportive spaces for patients to share experiences and gain knowledge about their mental health.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to promote integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing sound judgment and ethical practices.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of patients, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Our patients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to understand and address these unique cultural factors will be critical to their treatment success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, and the ability to assess and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse client base.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on developing strong therapeutic alliances.

• Commitment to ethical practice and the ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) software and the ability to adapt to technologically driven workflows.

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates with experience in a fast-paced outpatient clinic, familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, and crisis intervention are highly encouraged to apply.
