Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients, recognizing the uniqueness of individual experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy services in a remote format to ensure seamless client interactions.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
