Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as potential family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions, depending on your areas of expertise.

• Utilize mental health screenings to effectively identify client needs and monitor ongoing progress.

• Document treatment processes and patient interactions accurately while complying with all ethical and legal standards.

• Stay current with emerging trends in mental health therapy to apply best practices in treating clients.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development to foster an environment of growth and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate their unique obstacles and empowering them on their journey toward healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory, with specific licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain a therapeutic alliance with diverse populations.

• Strong understanding of the ethical and legal frameworks surrounding mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse treatment, and individual/group therapy.

• Experience in providing therapy to children and families is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
