Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms tailored to address the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments via remote consultations to understand clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a person-centered approach.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that promote positive mental health outcomes and empower clients in their healing journeys.

• Actively participate in collaborative case discussions with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and case notes consistent with HIPAA and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice as a: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions against your professional licenses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their personal goals.

• Proficiency in using telehealth systems and electronic documentation platforms.
