Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and identify appropriate treatment goals.

• Provide regular follow-up consultations, ensuring continuity of care and adapting therapy techniques based on client progress.

• Utilize our computerized medical/health system for comprehensive documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other essential records.

• Collaborate with treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to create integrated treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and best practices to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Support clients in achieving their goals by addressing their concerns, emotional challenges, and expectations through ongoing guidance and encouragement.

• Engage in professional development by attending relevant workshops and seminars to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies for improving therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n
