Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique situations and goals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, providing immediate support and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients, participating in case consultations and team meetings regularly.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, providing advocacy for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
