Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting your clients holistically. Your key duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address specific patient concerns and adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Diagnosing a wide spectrum of mental health disorders and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, with a focus on continuity of care, to develop effective discharge plans and follow-up strategies.

• Educating clients and their families about treatment options and available community resources, facilitating referrals as required to enhance their wellbeing.

• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and ethical standards in mental health care, ensuring adherence to the Mental Health Practice Act in all aspects of your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Elevance Counseling LLC also offers a generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Additional benefits include:
