Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy services, addressing diverse mental health concerns and life transitions.

• Conduct thorough and engaging assessments remotely to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting them according to clients' evolving needs and feedback.

• Facilitate ongoing coordination with interdisciplinary teams and community partners, enhancing support for clients and ensuring comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and treatment plans using our secure electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to older adults, encompassing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with individuals and their families to develop coping strategies and pathways to healing, always with a focus on client autonomy and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and fully approved license to practice in Oregon as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions are allowed.
\n
• Ability to make informed professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a compassionate and caring demeanor in interactions with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice offering remote therapy.

• A background working with diverse populations and varied mental health issues.
