The role is fully remote, allowing flexibility and the convenience of working from home. The telehealth facility supports a modern, technology-driven practice where licensed therapists can engage with patients from the comfort of their own environments. Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. The remote setting ensures that our therapists can manage their work-life balance while delivering vital mental health services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological states and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' diagnoses and goals.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic methods.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to foster personal development and improve coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s well-being.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources.
\n
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially, complying with both legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development opportunities to stay informed of current practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will be working with adult clients who present a range of mental health disorders. Our patient population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and varied personality disorders. By providing tailored interventions, the therapist will play a crucial role in easing patients' distress and fostering emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required for this position.

• Exceptional skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
