Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Heart of Hope, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy sessions that are sensitive to the unique needs of each individual.

• Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and regularly review progress to ensure effective care delivery.

• Collaborate closely with other treatment providers, social workers, and placement agencies to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, session notes, and treatment updates to comply with best practices and legal standards.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights and enrichment ideas.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy center serves a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, many of whom face varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid and fully licensed clinical credential (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
