Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, facilitating initial consultations to gather comprehensive background information and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, enabling access to immediate support and resources during emergencies.

Qualifications\n

West Hills Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
