Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other tailored approaches that respect clients' unique experiences and goals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to all ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, acting as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up to date with best practices, attending training, workshops, and seminars relevant to mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years’ direct experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
