Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' historical trauma and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.

• Implement personalized care strategies that emphasize recovery and resilience, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
