Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health issues, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop bespoke treatment plans based on individual needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients who are experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective response to emergencies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to design integrated treatment strategies that promote optimal client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on a variety of mental health topics, available therapeutic options, and relevant community resources to enhance their understanding and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Oregon; LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials are required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
