Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, therapists will receive a substantial sign-on bonus, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that you can prioritize your health and wellbeing.
