Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including mental status exams and psychosocial evaluations, to inform treatment decisions and interventions.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at addressing complex issues such as trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and relationship conflicts, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and transitional groups focused on key topics such as coping strategies, self-care, and resilience building.

• Utilize effective suicide prevention strategies and crisis intervention techniques to manage acute clinical situations and ensure patient safety.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment progress and modify approaches based on ongoing assessment of client needs and responses.

• Establish connections with appropriate community resources to support patients in accessing additional services and navigating their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families. The therapist will address various mental health concerns, from mild anxiety and depression to more severe conditions related to trauma and substance use. A core part of this position is to employ a culturally informed approach that recognizes the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual, ensuring that therapy is accessible and relevant to everyone.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology is mandatory.

• Possession of active and unrestricted state licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in psychotherapy, particularly in crisis counseling and direct patient care within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
