Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose mental health conditions using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to mental health workers and therapy assistants, ensuring the efficacy of treatment provided.

• Collaborate with other professionals and systems to design cross-system treatment plans that benefit the client holistically.
\n
• Respond to crisis situations with urgency, conducting assessments to determine immediate patient needs and offering suitable interventions.
\n
• Deliver educational training on clinical topics to fellow team members and community professionals, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

• Perform initial assessments, intake sessions, and develop an Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment for new clients, especially those with complex or multiple diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation through electronic medical records, ensuring efficient communication within the team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
