Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, creating a clinical diagnosis and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness practices, tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive timely support and resources.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure comprehensive care and support for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs to promote well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) valid in Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a strong understanding of psychotherapeutic techniques and modalities.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience.
