Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual counseling to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Conduct detailed assessments and create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client's unique situations.

• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth technology, ensuring adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, midlife transitions, and stress management. You will also extend your services to individuals with mental health diagnoses and those suffering from substance use disorders. Building strong therapeutic relationships is essential for fostering their resilience and helping them navigate life's complexities.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a virtual counseling setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
