Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing a variety of evaluative tools and methods to develop accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client, employing evidence-based modalities.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that foster open communication, healing, and support.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring safety and support during critical situations.

• Document all client interactions and progress diligently, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams that include healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies that address the full spectrum of client issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will involve serving a diverse population across various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
