Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, building strong therapeutic relationships to facilitate the setting of realistic and achievable treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and routinely review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, making adjustments as required to maximize therapeutic efficacy.

• Work alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care and refer clients to additional resources as needed.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring all reports comply with organizational and state regulations.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to foster a cohesive team environment and share insights or challenges encountered in client care.

Qualifications\n
