Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to develop tailored therapy plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and needs.

• Provide culturally sensitive therapy services through virtual platforms, utilizing a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to optimize clients’ treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in clinical mental health therapy, confidently managing a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n
