In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Crafting individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing on both addiction issues and underlying psychological factors.
\n
• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions by employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring that clients feel supported and motivated.
\n
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide integrated care that meets all aspects of a client’s health.
\n
• Educational outreach to clients' families, providing them with resources and strategies to support their loved ones through recovery.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records of client interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

The primary focus of this position is on adult clients dealing with substance abuse problems, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and other drugs. You will work with individuals who may also be grappling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Your role will be critical in guiding them through evidence-based interventions that promote recovery and reintegration into society.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Comprehensive understanding of addiction counseling and therapy interventions.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices tailored to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
