• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health issues, facilitating a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that directly address both addiction-related challenges and underlying mental health conditions.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

• Work alongside a diverse treatment team, including physicians, case managers, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Educate and engage clients' families, empowering them to support their loved ones throughout the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with healthcare regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for efficient documentation.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals facing substance abuse challenges, including but not limited to alcohol and opioid addiction. Many clients may also present with co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating these complex issues and promoting recovery in a supportive environment.

• A valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling will be considered a strong asset.

• Proven knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is critical.

• Excellent therapeutic and counseling skills, with a focus on motivating clients toward recovery and personal empowerment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to foster collaboration within our treatment team.

Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions is highly preferred. Familiarity with virtual counseling methodologies, including telehealth platforms, will also be beneficial. Furthermore, candidates with a background in family therapy or crisis intervention will be viewed favorably.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
