This role offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to serve clients effectively from a location of your choice. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for elderly patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the elderly population, addressing varied mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, dementia-related conditions, and adjustment challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A strong foundational knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by an empathetic approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually.
