Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and follow-up strategies in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
\n
• Actively participate in our multi-disciplinary team meetings to integrate therapy services with broader treatment goals and contribute insights to improve overall client care.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes effectively.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and integrate them into therapy modalities for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through their personal recovery journeys, helping them address and overcome obstacles related to their mental health and substance use, while ensuring that treatment is both client-centered and culturally competent.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Possess a license that is not under suspension or probation.
\n
• Strong commitment to ethical standards of practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with populations facing substance use and mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth practices.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
