Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing virtual platforms, implementing evidence-based practices to effectively address a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting holistic recovery and addressing their unique needs and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure their immediate well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring the integrity of client information at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflecting your expertise and commitment to mental health support.
