West Valley Psychotherapy Center is seeking committed and empathetic licensed mental health therapists to fill full-time positions in our outpatient psychiatric practice. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility and allowing our therapists to conduct sessions in a comfortable setting that suits both them and their patients. While appointments are primarily scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs. Our outpatient model ensures that therapists will engage with clients in a productive and supportive atmosphere, where they can thrive both personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate individual goals and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant modalities.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and addressing common mental health issues.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support and immediate assistance during mental health emergencies to ensure safety and effective care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources available to support ongoing wellness.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance team collaboration and patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development, leveraging training and educational opportunities to stay abreast of the latest in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
