Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailored to the needs of clients across all age groups.

• Conduct in-depth assessments at the outset of therapy to accurately identify clients' psychological strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting strategies to ensure they remain effective as clients progress.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve overall outcomes.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and intervention strategies in compliance with legal and policy requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing various mental health challenges: anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Your role is crucial in providing a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping mechanisms. Your engagement could extend to outpatient services at our community health clinic, where telehealth services connect clients who may face barriers to in-person care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Note: No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted, and candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their license.

• Proficient computer skills are essential for using telehealth platforms, managing records, and maintaining documentation.

• Competitive yearly salary between $100,000 and $105,000 commensurate with experience and caseload.
