Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet client needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on each client’s unique challenges, aspirations, and strengths.

• Engage in regular case consultations with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring integrated care for clients with co-occurring concerns.

• Maintain detailed and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical practices and organizational standards.

• Educate clients about coping strategies and recovery processes to foster their commitment to personal health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As their therapist, you will adopt a compassionate and person-centered approach to support each individual’s journey toward healing and stabilization, focusing on prevention, recovery, and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, although a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Valid licensure in Arizona as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
\n
• Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 2 years in providing mental health counseling or therapy.

• Proficient in solution-focused therapy techniques with a keen ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within an outpatient setting, with a variety of treatment methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• A proven track record in maintaining a productive caseload with efficient documentation practices.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
