Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health concerns and create tailored treatment plans that effectively address their specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish attainable therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options, providing a convenient and accessible means for clients who may face transportation or mobility challenges.

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical capabilities, staying current with emerging trends and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of the Genesis Care team, you will work with a diverse range of clients who present various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. Our clinic serves a wide demographic, focusing on personalized care to ensure that every client’s unique experiences and challenges are addressed thoughtfully and effectively. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of trusting relationships with clients.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and emotional challenges.
\n
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic caseload while meeting administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
