This full-time role allows for a flexible remote work setting while delivering vital mental health services to a diverse client population. This position offers the convenience of remote work while being part of a collaborative community health clinic initiative. Our therapists enjoy a balanced work schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While working remotely, you will have access to our virtual technologies and support resources, enabling you to provide quality care from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and recovery goals.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, coping mechanisms, and self-care strategies to empower their recovery journey.
\n
• Regularly assess and monitor clients’ progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Stay informed about current research and advanced treatment methodologies in mood disorder interventions.
\n
• Maintain organized, detailed, and confidential documentation of client interactions in alignment with ethical and legal practices.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to promote continuous learning and refinement of clinical skills.

• Actively advocate for the mental health needs of clients, fostering a culture of acceptance and support within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This therapist role is integral to supporting individuals dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. You will engage with a diverse clientele, each with unique backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their lives as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Arizona.
\n
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices, particularly in treating mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients from varying cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience treating mood disorders or related mental health conditions.

• Experience working in a community health setting or outpatient clinic.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and demonstrated ability to provide therapy in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
