Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families to identify and understand their unique needs, situations, and challenges.

• Triage care effectively based on initial assessments, coordinating necessary interventions and support systems for each client.

• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately, ensuring prompt communication with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), customized to the needs of each patient.

• Engage in case management by collaborating with external resources and community services to provide holistic care that addresses various aspects of a client’s life.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding ethical and legal standards in mental health practices, ensuring compliance with documentation and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
