Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, employing tools such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' individual needs and goals, integrating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to promote healing and ensure effective intervention.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide holistic care tailored to each client’s circumstances, coordinating referrals and follow-ups as needed.
