Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions in formats including individual, couples, and family therapy, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, achievable goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, all new hires are welcomed with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
