Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews, to form accurate diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring that clients receive coordinated care that reflects a holistic approach to their well-being.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support to ensure their safety and stability.
\n
• Participate in proactive community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and facilitating education for the larger community.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and an ability to address the unique needs of individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n
