This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a schedule that aligns with our operating hours. Our standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility available to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify unique patient needs.

• Customize and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on skill-building and emotional support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Additional qualifications include:

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based approaches to treatment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to build relationships with clients.

• Exemplary judgment and adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations, with a proven track record of positive patient outcomes. Experience in crisis intervention and familiarity with community resources will be advantageous. The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
