Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, letting you engage with clients through a secure telehealth platform designed to foster an interactive and supportive environment. Our state-of-the-art technology ensures confidentiality and allows for smooth and efficient communication. You will be able to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, participating in regular team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions via video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial interviews to collect essential information regarding clients’ presenting concerns, historical background, and mental health journeys, facilitating comprehensive treatment planning.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate couple counseling sessions aimed at enhancing communication strategies, conflict resolution, and overall relationship satisfaction.
\n
• Support families in addressing systemic dynamics, improving communication, and fostering healthier relationships among family members through tailored therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans which outline specific goals, therapeutic approaches, and anticipated outcomes for clients, ensuring an individualized focus on healing and growth.

• Provide timely support and intervention to clients facing acute distress or crisis situations, including risk assessments and safety planning.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while developing therapeutic relationships with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your role will focus on providing culturally competent care, understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. The flexible telehealth model allows you to connect with clients who may face barriers to traditional in-office therapy, enabling greater access to quality mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona, including successful completion of the required licensing examination.

Compensation and Benefits\n
