Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing our telehealth platform to connect with patients. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the interplay between medical conditions and mental health.

• Develop and implement individualized, integrated treatment plans that simultaneously address psychiatric and medical issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's situation.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating quick and effective intervention skills.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Your clinical work will predominantly involve patients struggling with the dual challenges of mental health and co-occurring medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential.

• Proficiency in addressing mental health concerns among individuals with co-occurring medical conditions is critical.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
